- Payment & Cancellation Policy: We're a small business with little margin for loss - to book dates during the high season, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your desired schedule. The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days in advance of the booking. During the high season cancellations require 30 days notice. During the low season, cancellations require a 48 hour notice.
